House + Finance is an Independent Origination Firm, operating under the larger evo/ooba Brand. Rina Viljoen, the founder, has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the property, Home loan and Commercial Mortgage Finance. Rina hails from the banking industry where she has excelled to lead the Home Loans Department of one of the 4 largest banks as the Provincial Leader in the Free State. My credit lending, deal structuring and Risk Management experience in home loans, assisted me in the role as Senior Commercial Property finance consultant.
